Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding Dyson's range of premium consumer electronics products.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Dyson consumer electronics.
- Process product returns, replacements, warranty claims, and escalations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dyson's evolving product portfolio.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
