Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding Dyson's range of premium consumer electronics products.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Dyson consumer electronics.
  • Process product returns, replacements, warranty claims, and escalations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dyson's evolving product portfolio.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
