Requirements

- Genuine passion for consumer electronics and technology.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with inquiries related to consumer electronics products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to consumer electronics devices, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Process customer orders, product returns, warranty claims, and after-sales requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the client's consumer electronics product portfolio.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical and service issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual KPIs related to customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-call resolution rates.
