Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with inquiries related to consumer electronics products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to consumer electronics devices, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Process customer orders, product returns, warranty claims, and after-sales requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the client's consumer electronics product portfolio.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical and service issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual KPIs related to customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-call resolution rates.
