Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, consumer relations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience within an FMCG or retail environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions in a calm and professional manner.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency with standard digital communication tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking consumers and business partners on behalf of Imperial Brands.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information relating to Imperial Brands' FMCG product range.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and escalations in accordance with company protocols.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to relay market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
  • Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and brand guidelines relevant to the FMCG industry.
