Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, consumer relations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience within an FMCG or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions in a calm and professional manner.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with standard digital communication tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking consumers and business partners on behalf of Imperial Brands.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information relating to Imperial Brands' FMCG product range.
- Process customer orders, returns, and escalations in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to relay market feedback.
- Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and brand guidelines relevant to the FMCG industry.
