Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Valid EU passport or national ID card.
- Genuine passion for digital entertainment, streaming platforms, and delivering a superior customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle enquiries in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with streaming devices, smart TVs, mobile applications, and web browsers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection, within Greece.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking subscribers of a premium video streaming platform via live chat, email, and phone channels.
- Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, billing enquiries, and troubleshooting streaming and playback issues across multiple devices.
- Guide users through platform features, content navigation, and personalisation settings to enhance their overall streaming experience.
- Diagnose and resolve technical difficulties related to internet connectivity, app performance, and device compatibility in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to specialist technical teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the resolution process.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details within the company's CRM and support management systems.
- Stay fully up to date with the latest platform updates, new content releases, and service changes to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Actively contribute to team performance targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives within the streaming support environment.
