Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of technical/professional experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of life insurance and/or annuity products, specifically Indexed UL and Fixed Indexed Annuity.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and managing large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Familiarity with insurance administration and illustration systems.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
- Ability to travel (less than 10%).
Responsibilities
- Support the overall Product Roadmap and coordinate with internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain checker tools and calculators for new products, riders, and enhancements.
- Create and review Model Office/UAT test plans for new products and data feeds.
- Execute Model Office/UAT testing across various systems.
- Review and create Product Specs, Business Requirement Documents, and policy forms.
- Support business-as-usual operations, including policy holder service requests and data analysis.
