Requirements
- Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Fluent in German at a C2 proficiency level.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Confident phone presence and experience leading meetings with prospects.
- Strong professional communication and listening skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Growth mindset with openness to receiving feedback and coaching.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals.
- Drive new client acquisition and identify upsell opportunities with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and profit margins.
- Maintain accurate business development records within the CRM system.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Team to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
