Requirements

  • Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
  • Fluent in German at a C2 proficiency level.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Confident phone presence and experience leading meetings with prospects.
  • Strong professional communication and listening skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
  • Growth mindset with openness to receiving feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals.
  • Drive new client acquisition and identify upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate business development records within the CRM system.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product Team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
