- 2-3+ years in an agency or client-services environment.
- Proven experience building and managing digital marketing project management systems (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday).
- Deep proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, and website performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, website testing, or demand generation.
- Strong written communication skills to create clear briefs and project documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate independent ownership.
- Comfortable pushing back on vendors, timelines, and scope.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Strategic mindset regarding seeking help and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Convert client requests and strategy into tracked deliverables.
- Maintain master task registry using tools like Asana or ClickUp.
- Brief contractors clearly and enforce strict deadline accountability.
- Identify risks and escalate blockers to leadership within 48 hours.
- Drive client-facing marketing conversations and maintain professional communication standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers and Account Leads.
