Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written
  • College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
  • Strong time management skills and a process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large phone workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts based on company needs

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager
  • Build active/passive applicant pipelines through candidate identification, networking, and social media branding
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Assess candidate qualifications through phone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Manage candidate experience and hiring manager relationships
  • Create weekly activity reports using recruitment metrics and meet departmental goals
  • Contribute to recruiting meetings with TA, Operations, and Corporate Leadership
