Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- English proficiency, both verbal and written
- College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
- Strong time management skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle large phone workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing platforms, and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on company needs
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager
- Build active/passive applicant pipelines through candidate identification, networking, and social media branding
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Assess candidate qualifications through phone, video, or in-person interviews
- Manage candidate experience and hiring manager relationships
- Create weekly activity reports using recruitment metrics and meet departmental goals
- Contribute to recruiting meetings with TA, Operations, and Corporate Leadership
