Requirements
- Experience supervising or managing a large team.

- IBHRE certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership for a large team of 20-25 clinical and non-clinical staff members.
- Oversee daily operations and provide mentorship to team members.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate clinic coverage.
- Review KPIs and productivity benchmarks to monitor team performance.
- Lead incident review processes, including root cause investigations and corrective coaching.
- Facilitate clinic onboarding and act as a point of contact for customer clinical issues.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to implement performance improvement plans.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and revision.
