Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in innovation, venture building, growth, product management, or market validation.
- Strong understanding of lean startup and experiment-driven methodologies.
- Proven ability to design experiments and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple experiments simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate complex information across business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new projects and sectors.
- Bonus: Experience in a venture studio, consultancy, or high-growth startup.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI tools, no-code platforms, or paid acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Scout and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends, primarily in tech and AI.
- Translate raw ideas into structured validation plans including target customers and riskiest assumptions.
- Design and execute lean experiments such as landing pages, smoke tests, and discovery interviews.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to assess product viability.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with the marketing team, design, and paid media resources.
- Define validation criteria and present go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain documentation of all experiments, learnings, and decisions in the innovation pipeline.
