Requirements

  • Cross-platform ASO fluency across App Store and Google Play.
  • Hands-on experience managing ASO for mobile apps or games, including CPPs and CSLs.
  • Proven track record in managing ASO across multiple products simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable experience achieving measurable conversion rate improvement.
  • Fluency running experiments from hypothesis to execution to analysis.
  • Active AI fluency in day-to-day ASO workflows for keyword clustering, competitive analysis, or test reporting.
  • Ability to read performance data and translate it into creative direction.
  • Background in mobile gaming or large-scale app ecosystems.
  • Ability to work with CET timezone overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Own ASO execution across the Fortis portfolio for the contract term, including keyword strategy and metadata optimization.
  • Build and run custom store experiences using Custom Product Pages (CPPs) and Custom Store Listings (CSLs).
  • Run A/B tests on store assets—icons, screenshots, video, copy—and translate results into next steps.
  • Improve conversion rate across multiple titles simultaneously through structured experimentation.
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows into ASO execution for keyword optimization, competitive analysis, and experimentation.
  • Partner with UA, Creative, and Product Marketing to align store strategy with acquisition and positioning.
  • Connect ASO decisions to broader growth strategy.
  • Contribute from week one with minimal ramp-up.
