  • At least 3 years of social media management experience (DTC brand or creator account).
  • Strong portfolio of short-form content you have shot and edited yourself.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, social-native first.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms and growth mechanics.
  • AI-first mindset: fluent with tools like Claude, MidJourney, Runway, Higgsfield, and Gumloop.
  • Comfortable appearing on-camera when needed.
  • Ability to overlap with US time zone.
  • Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain monthly posting calendars across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Film, edit, and post original content at high velocity (e.g. ~5x/week IG, ~10x/week TikTok).
  • Manage creator relationships, content collaborations, and paid partnerships across all brands.
  • Perform daily engagement activities including comments, DMs, and social listening.
  • Track growth, engagement, and conversions, providing weekly/monthly reports with optimization ideas.
  • Adapt trending sounds, memes, and formats into on-brand executions.
