Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant expertise in sourcing and executive search.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading global or multi-region talent sourcing teams or functions.
  • Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across professional, technical, leadership, and executive-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing metrics and the ability to use data to influence recruitment decisions.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, fintech, payments, banking, technology, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders on talent strategies.
  • Experience managing recruitment for specialized roles, including technology, product, finance, compliance, and executive positions.
  • Strong project management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a centralized talent sourcing function supporting enterprise-wide hiring across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market intelligence, competitor analysis, talent segmentation, and workforce insights.
  • Drive sourcing initiatives for complex, technical, leadership, executive, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define talent needs, workforce plans, and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments and provide insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Establish and improve sourcing processes, documentation, templates, and communication practices to increase efficiency.
  • Create leadership-level reports, hiring forecasts, and recommendations based on recruitment data and trends.
  • Define and monitor sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, source effectiveness, productivity, diversity metrics, and time-to-hire indicators.
  • Coach and develop recruiters and talent sourcers by sharing best practices and strengthening sourcing capabilities.
