Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, compliance, funding programs, or government-supported initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with senior government representatives, industry partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of incentive schemes, funding structures, business services ecosystems, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, audits, reporting frameworks, and operational governance.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate budgets, ROI, and funding performance.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of GBS incentive and funding programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational goals.
  • Manage relationships with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and external partners to support approvals, collaboration, and program success.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of funding applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor program reporting requirements, audits, compliance reviews, and stakeholder site visits.
  • Track incentive payouts, funding obligations, financial performance, and ROI metrics to maximize program value.
  • Develop risk management frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance standards.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency and achievement of program objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on program performance and market developments.
