Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in contract management, procurement, supply chain, legal operations, business operations, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office administration.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Availability for annual on-site system meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, managing, and implementing of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes across the enterprise.
  • Work with executive sponsors and Steering Committee to ensure compliance with contract management processes and policies.
  • Manage a team of specialists focused on demand management, contract management, reporting, and vendor management.
  • Oversee development and reassessment of tools, systems, training materials, and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvements to performance metrics and system maturity to improve business impact.
  • Lead change management efforts to integrate CLM into business unit decision making.
  • Resolve systemic process, technology, and program gaps across departments.
