Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional editing, copywriting, or content production experience within a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple concurrent client accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and audiences.
- Hands-on experience using AI writing platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools in professional content production.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and digital content strategies.
- Familiarity with WordPress, content management systems, and marketing tools; experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality writing and editing across multiple content formats.
Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and optimize a high volume of marketing content across multiple formats, including blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertising copy.
- Leverage AI-powered writing tools to generate, refine, and enhance content while ensuring originality, accuracy, and strong editorial quality.
- Review and rewrite AI-generated and contributor-created content to eliminate inaccuracies, maintain consistency, and preserve each client's unique brand voice.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, tracking assignments, priorities, deadlines, and project status to ensure timely delivery.
- Build, maintain, and improve prompt libraries, editorial guidelines, and brand voice documentation to streamline content production.
- Proofread, fact-check, and optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement before publication.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, marketers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality campaigns and continuously improve production workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend new technologies or best practices that enhance efficiency and content quality.
