Requirements
- Advanced German (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum).
- Must be located in Greece.
- In-depth gaming knowledge.
- Own a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox One Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a modern gaming PC/laptop.
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
- Internet speed: Minimum 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with latency < 120 ms.
- Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- OS: Windows 11 (non-S mode) or macOS 13.0 or newer.
- Processor: CPU Mark of at least 9220 (Intel 8th Gen or Ryzen 2nd Gen or above).
- GPU: G3D Rating of 4806 (GTX 760 or stronger).
- Smartphone for 2FA (Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+).
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio.
- Assist players with account and technical issues.
- Resolve purchase-related and gameplay-related queries.
- Collaborate with a team of agents under a Team Lead and Operations Manager.
- Stay informed on client projects, updates, and past releases.
