Requirements

- Basic to intermediate technical proficiency with streaming devices, smart TVs, mobile apps, and browser-based platforms.
- Genuine interest in streaming platforms, digital media, and online entertainment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined approach to daily tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related field is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking subscribers of a leading online streaming service, resolving queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist users with account management, subscription plans, billing inquiries, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, playback errors, connectivity, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through platform features and content offerings to enhance their viewing experience.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support, content, and billing departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on content releases, platform updates, and policy changes to provide accurate information.
