Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in transportation, logistics, travel, or mobility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and transportation or ticketing management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers regarding transportation bookings, schedules, and service inquiries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with booking management, ticket modifications, cancellations, and refund requests.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to track shipments and monitor transit updates.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved transportation issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and case resolutions in CRM and transportation management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and communicate feedback to team leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection regulations, and quality assurance.
