Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or EU-recognised identification document.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in transportation, logistics, travel, or mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and transportation or ticketing management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers regarding transportation bookings, schedules, and service inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking management, ticket modifications, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to track shipments and monitor transit updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved transportation issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and case resolutions in CRM and transportation management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and communicate feedback to team leaders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection regulations, and quality assurance.
