Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting business development roles.
  • Proven success selling consulting or professional services to large enterprises with $500M+ revenue.
  • Prior consulting delivery experience (e.g., consultant, engagement manager, or practice lead).
  • Existing network of C-level and senior executives in utilities, financial services, and/or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of service transformation, process improvement, business process modeling, and change management.
  • Familiarity with project/program management principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional executive presence.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM for managing pipeline and forecasts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new consulting opportunities using existing executive relationships and warm leads.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Directors and the Managing Director to craft tailored, feasible client solutions.
  • Lead consultative conversations with C-suite and SVP-level executives to position the firm as a trusted partner.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including scoping, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Navigate complex client procurement and contracting processes to ensure deal momentum.
  • Build and sustain long-term executive relationships through consistent follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting within Pipedrive.
