- Strong track record of successfully driving deals and building professional relationships.
- Clear, structured approach to coaching clients on technical and career growth.
- Ability to provide guidance on professional career documents like resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
- Knowledge of modern business development workflows and emerging tools such as AI fundamentals and AI automation.
- Capability to set and manage own working hours and service rates.
Responsibilities
- Teach core business development strategy, partnership development, and market analysis.
- Help clients sharpen negotiation skills and apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work.
- Provide comprehensive career support including resume and LinkedIn reviews and cover letter guidance.
- Conduct interview preparation, networking strategy coaching, and salary/promotion negotiation guidance.
- Support clients in skill building to grow into senior partnerships positions.
- Host sessions virtually and collaborate with the Leland team to deliver high-quality support.
