Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working as an Account Manager within the apparel industry.
  • Strong commercial background with a passion for customer experience.
  • Proven experience building documentation and tools for commercial relationships from scratch.
  • Strong experience aligning internally with Inventory, Demand Planning, Supply, and Production areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experience in Google Docs and Presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage US (Domestic) and non-domestic wholesale expansion to ensure profitable and sustainable growth for Trafilea brands.
  • Support demand planning and commercial teams to ensure sufficient inventory for wholesaler requests.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of project scopes and requirements to lead teams efficiently.
  • Exercise quick decision-making and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and follow best practices in all wholesale-related meetings.
