Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as an Account Manager within the apparel industry.
- Strong commercial background with a passion for customer experience.
- Proven experience building documentation and tools for commercial relationships from scratch.
- Strong experience aligning internally with Inventory, Demand Planning, Supply, and Production areas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience in Google Docs and Presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage US (Domestic) and non-domestic wholesale expansion to ensure profitable and sustainable growth for Trafilea brands.
- Support demand planning and commercial teams to ensure sufficient inventory for wholesaler requests.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project scopes and requirements to lead teams efficiently.
- Exercise quick decision-making and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and follow best practices in all wholesale-related meetings.
