Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
- 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
- Proven success in requirements gathering, design, and documentation for roadmap prioritization.
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership in business intelligence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business facilitation and project management techniques.
- Client-facing experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
- 2+ years of Insurance Company, MGA, or TPA experience preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, regulatory environments, and claims processes preferred.
- Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with ISO (Insurance Services Office) standards highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate tools, approaches, and best practices.
- Analyze data to develop insights that drive business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to define standards and frameworks for technology application delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage project lifecycles including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop, design, and conduct software testing protocols.
- Create and maintain business process documentation and project requirements.
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding project progress and findings.
