Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
  • 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
  • Proven success in requirements gathering, design, and documentation for roadmap prioritization.
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership in business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business facilitation and project management techniques.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
  • 2+ years of Insurance Company, MGA, or TPA experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, regulatory environments, and claims processes preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with ISO (Insurance Services Office) standards highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate tools, approaches, and best practices.
  • Analyze data to develop insights that drive business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to define standards and frameworks for technology application delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage project lifecycles including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop, design, and conduct software testing protocols.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation and project requirements.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding project progress and findings.
