Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar techno-functional role within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise marketing technology and CRM ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Understanding of integrations, data flows, lead management processes, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Ability to create detailed technical and functional documentation, including user stories, process maps, functional designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and downstream impacts.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams, architects, and product managers in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge unclear requirements constructively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and Product Management teams to understand objectives, processes, and functional requirements across marketing platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation artifacts.
- Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, dependencies, business impact, and alignment with existing architecture.
- Support solution discovery and design for initiatives involving CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, integrations, and data flows.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify system behavior, resolve technical ambiguities, and support successful delivery.
- Define platform configurations and ensure solutions align with business objectives and expected outcomes.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities with product and engineering teams.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
