Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading successful projects while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and enterprise technology trends.
- Advanced experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and order management platforms.
- Experience managing user acceptance testing processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced requirements gathering and analysis activities for complex and large-scale projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and communication activities to define business needs and solution requirements.
- Structure, document, validate, and maintain business requirements, process models, and design specifications.
- Evaluate solution options, assess business value, and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Manage relationships and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Support digital product development cycles by aligning business requirements with technical delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing activities and stakeholder engagement.
