Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on programs, demand generation and/or events.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and growing a webinar or events program end-to-end.
  • Experience working within a budget: evaluating opportunities, tracking spend, and reporting on ROI.
  • Proven ownership of lead generation targets, pipeline contribution, and results delivery.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize investments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMs.

Responsibilities

  • Own Bettercomp's end-to-end webinars and events program from tactical planning through execution.
  • Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned events with third-party sponsorships.
  • Own program budget: evaluate and select sponsorship opportunities, negotiate with vendors, track spend, and optimize ROI.
  • Set goals for leads generated per event, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of leads to the pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including speaker sourcing, platform setup, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes for scalable program operations.
