Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on programs, demand generation and/or events.
- Demonstrated experience owning and growing a webinar or events program end-to-end.
- Experience working within a budget: evaluating opportunities, tracking spend, and reporting on ROI.
- Proven ownership of lead generation targets, pipeline contribution, and results delivery.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize investments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMs.
Responsibilities
- Own Bettercomp's end-to-end webinars and events program from tactical planning through execution.
- Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned events with third-party sponsorships.
- Own program budget: evaluate and select sponsorship opportunities, negotiate with vendors, track spend, and optimize ROI.
- Set goals for leads generated per event, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of leads to the pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including speaker sourcing, platform setup, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes for scalable program operations.
