Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B events and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building relationships with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for major industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute global in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, registrations, accommodations, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with sales teams and executives to align event strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, and event tracking tools to support performance reporting.
  • Develop event-related content, social media assets, and creative campaigns.
  • Oversee onsite event operations, booth management, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
