Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B events and marketing initiatives.
- Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building relationships with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for major industry events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute global in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, registrations, accommodations, and promotional materials.
- Partner with sales teams and executives to align event strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, and event tracking tools to support performance reporting.
- Develop event-related content, social media assets, and creative campaigns.
- Oversee onsite event operations, booth management, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
