Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methods.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or high-growth industries is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full hiring process from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and advise on recruitment best practices.
  • Deliver a seamless, professional recruitment experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding efforts.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and wider People & Talent projects.
