Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance several projects at once
- Experience with project management tools
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Consultative approach with experience identifying opportunities for future work
- Experience working with multiple clients and Salesforce solutions is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines with the delivery team and clients
- Determine and track project milestones and key deliverables
- Coordinate team availability and schedule meetings
- Track task progress against the Statement of Work
- Manage up to 15 concurrent projects
- Lead weekly status calls and distribute project reports
- Facilitate project kickoff calls
- Identify and mitigate project risks
