- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years of proven success selling to fintechs and neobanks, with specific expertise in fraud and compliance.
- Extensive network of industry executives and leaders.
- Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
- Ability to translate risk, compliance, and technical challenges into business value.
- Exceptional research, planning, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience structuring complex deals.
- Willingness to travel across North America and globally as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand challenges, tech stacks, and strategic priorities of potential clients.
- Establish credibility and thought leadership in Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, Compliance, and Fraud domains.
- Act as an authority on Sardine's product offerings and provide tailored solutions to client challenges.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including targeting, presentations, demos with Solutions Engineering, negotiations, and contracting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share market feedback from prospects and clients.
