Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience in corporate account management (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong skills in relationship management, interpersonal communication, time management, and business acumen.
  • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize required technology effectively.
  • Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements, including U.S. Department of Education regulations.
  • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a home office with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Corporate Alliance leaders to develop business plans that improve graduate placement outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring and onboarding personnel at corporate partner organizations.
  • Screen candidate submissions to ensure strong matches for employer roles.
  • Provide feedback to recruiters and facilitate the hiring process for eligible candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to all employer-required interview and pre-hire steps.
  • Advocate for employer partner opportunities and motivate recruiters to fulfill open positions.
  • Attend in-person and virtual functions with current and future employer partners.
