Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience in corporate account management (3+ years preferred).
- Strong skills in relationship management, interpersonal communication, time management, and business acumen.
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to navigate and utilize required technology effectively.
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements, including U.S. Department of Education regulations.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to maintain a home office with high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Alliance leaders to develop business plans that improve graduate placement outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring and onboarding personnel at corporate partner organizations.
- Screen candidate submissions to ensure strong matches for employer roles.
- Provide feedback to recruiters and facilitate the hiring process for eligible candidates.
- Ensure adherence to all employer-required interview and pre-hire steps.
- Advocate for employer partner opportunities and motivate recruiters to fulfill open positions.
- Attend in-person and virtual functions with current and future employer partners.
