Requirements

- Demonstrated ability or curiosity to quickly learn banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain high attention to detail.

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation tools to streamline client onboarding, loan processing, and operational workflows.
- Shadow digital bankers to learn high-touch, personalized customer service and create knowledgebase articles to support client satisfaction.
- Support management in executing sales campaigns, rolling out new digital banking technologies, and driving internal training and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate customer retention risks using AI insights to personalize engagement strategies.
- Assist the development team by defining detailed requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing the feature backlog.
- Track campaign performance and develop reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support all aspects of the solar lending process and other values-aligned digital offerings.
