Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including both technical and business/non-technical roles.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting, with the ability to attract and engage senior-level passive candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment performance and make informed decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to independently identify improvements, introduce new ideas, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Experience working with AI tools or modern recruitment technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent Ukrainian language skills and Intermediate+ English proficiency for communication with international candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining candidate profiles and sourcing strategies to interviews, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
  • Build and optimize recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, selection efficiency, and overall hiring quality.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different functions, including technical support, sales, risk and compliance, finance, legal, and other business areas.
  • Develop sourcing strategies focused on improving inbound channels, referrals, and proactive talent acquisition.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ technical capabilities, soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pools to support future hiring needs and business growth.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Introduce modern recruitment tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
