Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Expert level in sourcing and headhunting passive, high-level candidates.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate and implement process changes.
- Fluent in Ukrainian.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from strategy to offer and negotiation.
- Develop and optimize recruiting processes and integrate AI tools.
- Handle 5-10 concurrent open vacancies across Tech Support, Sales, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Legal.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify and attract top talent.
- Execute sourcing strategies focusing on inbound and referral channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate hard and soft skills.
- Build long-term talent pools and perform labor market analytics.
