Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using ticketing platforms, CRM systems, or customer support tools.
- Ability to understand and explain billing concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate issues.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of empathy and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively across different platforms and communication channels.
- Comfort collaborating in an international, multilingual, remote environment.
- Interest and confidence in using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, quality, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, receipts, invoices, credit notes, and payment processing.
- Support customer-facing teams with subscription, invoicing, and account management questions.
- Maintain accurate customer account balances and ensure billing information is properly managed.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and cash collection teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, empathetic, and high-quality billing support.
- Develop a deep understanding of billing processes, tools, and internal financial procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and customer support quality through technology and data.
