Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, event coordination, or partner/community support, ideally in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
- Comfortable managing a large number of concurrent relationships without letting details slip
- Strong phone and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners
- Detail-oriented, with experience using a CRM or tracking system to manage statuses and reporting (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot...)
- Experience with event registration or CRM platforms
- Comfortable working to firm event-related deadlines, with availability for live, day-of support
- Self-directed and effective working fully remote with minimal day-to-day oversight
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics for host locations, including scheduling, onboarding new hosts, and event-day setup and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, keeping them informed, engaged, and set up for success
- Maintain accurate event plans, timelines, and status tracking across all active hosts
- Run regular check-ins with hosts to monitor progress, answer questions, and provide the support they need
- Identify hosts who need extra attention and escalate to the appropriate internal team when needed
- Coordinate incentive, funding, or resource logistics tied to host participation
- Provide live, on-the-day support for hosts during their events
- Support post-event wrap-up, including reporting, follow-up communications, and gathering feedback
