Support number purchasing activities and assist with customer inquiries related to phone number services.
Handle Caller ID and A2P 10DLC SMS registration requests while following operational guidelines and compliance requirements.
Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external carriers to troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records and update operational systems, including CRM and ticketing platforms.
Identify recurring issues, track patterns in operational data, and contribute insights to process improvements.
Escalate complex cases appropriately and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Learn and apply telecom, VoIP, and number portability concepts through training and hands-on experience.
Support continuous improvements to workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.
