Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Foundational understanding of standard commercial legal terms (e.g., indemnification, liability, termination).
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to construct pivot tables and present actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Strong project management skills to steer process-improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements (including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract intake, routing complex legal edits to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping within the CRM system, ensuring high accuracy for all metadata fields.
  • Act as the internal administrator for Salesforce by maintaining and updating customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times and volumes.
  • Generate reports highlighting upcoming contract expirations, renewals, and price-escalation triggers.
