Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, including experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working as an automation platform architect.
- Advanced developer certification in relevant automation technologies.
- 2+ years of experience with the .NET ecosystem, including C# or VB.NET development.
- Ability to create workflows and custom activities using C#.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, IT systems, integrations, and solution design principles.
- Experience evaluating technical requirements and recommending scalable software, platform, and network configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer environments, enterprise systems, and business requirements to design effective automation architectures.
- Develop and maintain solution designs, technical frameworks, and implementation approaches that support scalable automation initiatives.
- Translate complex requirements into robust software, platform, and infrastructure recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are successfully implemented.
- Lead process discovery and design sessions, creating solution documentation, architecture plans, and testing strategies.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices, implementation standards, custom solutions, and platform capabilities.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and support technical mentoring within development teams.
- Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.
- Support developers and technical teams throughout implementation to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Stay informed on emerging automation technologies and contribute recommendations to improve delivery processes.
