Requirements
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems.
- Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go.
- Experience with Node and Python.
- Experience with open-source software.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.
- Bonus: Experience with public cloud providers.
- Bonus: Experience with developer frameworks including ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Bonus: Experience with Dapr.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Deliver customer demos and build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in various programming languages.
- Provide expert architecture guidance focused on Cloud Native technologies and distributed systems.
- Onboard new customers to Diagrid Cloud and assist with Dapr integration in brownfield and greenfield environments.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the engineering team to prioritize features and scope product improvements.
- Inform leadership of customer pain points and strategic opportunities.
