Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Working level experience with Python.
- Experience with Java.
- Experience with XML and HTML.
- Strong IT and solutions architecture skills.
- Experience in leading the creation, optimization, and deployment of AI tools within document generation, review, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of web apps (front/back end) preferred.
- Experience with Translation Memory Systems preferred.
- Experience with Component Content Management Systems or Adobe Framemaker preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tools supporting technical documentation and localization workflows and improve or develop new translation memory systems.
- Evaluate existing documentation workflows to identify opportunities for AI integration, including automated content generation, updates, and quality assurance.
- Support technical writers with DITA/XML workflows and FrameMaker templates.
- Develop Python scripts to improve publishing processes and content reuse.
- Develop and implement AI strategies to enhance content creation, delivery, and user experience.
- Identify new areas for applying AI technologies for the Technical Publications team and other business functions.
