- Proven ability to move AI initiatives from concept to production with measurable business impact.
- Extensive experience modernizing mature, revenue-generating enterprise software platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) improvements and engineering operations.
- Experience managing large engineering organizations and leading teams through organizational change.
- Strong business acumen with experience connecting technology investments to financial outcomes.
- Proven experience managing R&D budgets and operating with P&L discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and motivate teams.
- Strategic mindset with practical execution skills focused on measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools and innovative approaches to improve performance.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% as required, including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI-driven transformation of the R&D organization to improve efficiency and business value.
- Translate AI capabilities into revenue-generating initiatives and strategic technology investments.
- Drive the modernization of enterprise platforms using AI-assisted development practices.
- Oversee product strategy and the development of intelligent AI-powered capabilities.
- Act as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership connecting technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Manage R&D financial performance and budgets, including technical debt and strategic investments.
- Establish metrics-driven practices to improve engineering velocity, predictability, and software quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large engineering organization while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize workflows while maintaining security and compliance.
