Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive education preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within software, SaaS, ERP, or technology-focused organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading product strategy, portfolio management, and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software markets, recurring revenue models, and software economics.
- Experience developing AI-enabled products, automation solutions, or emerging technology platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial construction, field service, trades, ERP, or operational software markets is an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, market insight, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse business groups around shared objectives.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate investments, profitability, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing product teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy aligned with business growth objectives, market opportunities, and customer expectations.
- Establish the vision and roadmap for a next-generation AI-enabled software platform, including intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and emerging technology adoption.
- Own product portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, lifecycle strategies, and governance processes to maximize business impact and return on investment.
- Build and implement a product-led operating model focused on customer discovery, clear specifications, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead market intelligence efforts by engaging with customers, industry stakeholders, and partners to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive risks.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze product performance, profitability, adoption metrics, and strategic initiatives to support informed business decisions.
- Lead and develop Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, User Experience, and Innovation teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Drive responsible AI adoption by evaluating emerging technologies, partnerships, and opportunities that enhance products and internal operations.
