Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading product marketing, GTM, or revenue-facing teams at scale.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving win rates and shortening sales cycles through positioning, enablement, and proof-of-value programs.
  • Experience owning both new-logo conversion and expansion/retention outcomes.
  • Deep comfort with solution engineering or pre-sales teams and the demo-to-close motion.
  • Experience in enterprise software (LMS, HCM, EdTech, or adjacent markets preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments and data-driven decision-making.
  • Executive presence with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and industry analysts.
  • AI fluency with an understanding of market evolution and differentiation.
  • Ability to show proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Own market positioning, competitive messaging, and product narratives for prospects and existing customers.
  • Lead a 21-person Solution Engineering team to deliver demos, POCs, and technical validation.
  • Drive Absorb's presence in the enterprise learning market through thought leadership and community engagement.
  • Manage relationships with industry analysts (Forrester, Gartner, Brandon Hall) to validate market leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Enablement and Sales to create materials and narratives for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
