Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; formal training in instructional design, adult learning theory, learning evaluation, or related areas is preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience designing and developing engaging learning programs.
- 2+ years of experience facilitating training sessions or instructor-led learning experiences.
- Proven experience managing learning projects through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Experience supporting high-volume service, sales, or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning experience development.
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools, virtual learning platforms, and digital training technologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar learning development platforms.
- Ability to use business metrics, assessments, and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Experience incorporating AI-enabled technologies and modern approaches to scale learning content creation.
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly learning materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning programs, self-directed resources, job aids, facilitator guides, and interactive learning tools.
- Lead the full instructional design lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE).
- Create learning experiences using digital tools, virtual platforms, AI-enabled technologies, and established design frameworks.
- Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learner progress, skill adoption, and business impact.
- Analyze performance metrics, feedback, and business results to continuously improve training programs and maximize learning ROI.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support live training delivery when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through learning strategies, tools, and resources.
