Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Formal training in Instructional Design, job aid design, adult learning theory, delivery systems, and evaluation techniques preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience designing and developing learning programs.
- 2-4 years of experience as an engaging facilitator.
- Proven experience in a high-volume service or sales organization.
- Strong project management experience across the ADDIE lifecycle.
- Experience using e-learning and distance learning tools.
- Moderate proficiency in Articulate Storyline preferred.
- Ability to use AI-enabled technologies for content scaling.
- Strong visual, graphic, and UI layout design abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative asynchronous, synchronous, and blended learning solutions including instructor-led training and job aids.
- Utilize e-learning software, virtual learning platforms, and AI-enabled technologies to create learning content.
- Design and implement assessments to validate learning effectiveness and learner skill application.
- Measure the impact of learning programs against business scorecard metrics and refine solutions based on results.
- Lead multiple instructional projects simultaneously using project management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure learning content accuracy.
- Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions and other training as required by business needs.
