Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, learning experience design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning materials and develop structured learning objectives, curricula, and performance support resources.
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication, active listening, relationship-building, and consultation abilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and strategic learning design expertise.
- Experience using digital learning tools, content creation platforms, and modern productivity technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and creative technologies is preferred.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, proprietary platforms, and changing workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in corporate learning, ethics, compliance, regulatory training, or business education environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management practices, or additional design tools is beneficial.
- A degree in instructional design, educational technology, educational psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with clients to conduct discovery sessions, understand learning needs, and translate business requirements into tailored educational solutions.
- Design and develop engaging learner-centered experiences, including e-learning courses, offline resources, coaching materials, job aids, and curated learning content.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective and accessible training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, content teams, product teams, project managers, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Use emerging AI-powered design tools and modern technologies to enhance content creation, storytelling, and learning experiences.
- Adapt quickly to proprietary authoring platforms, content management systems, and internal workflows while maintaining strong design standards.
- Manage multiple learning projects and content initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and providers when needed to support content development and delivery.
- Establish measurement approaches and use learning analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously explore new learning technologies, design practices, and creative approaches to improve learner engagement.
