Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sponsored position or a Project Management leadership role.
- Proven experience leading project management teams supporting software development products in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus and experience delivering solutions for external clients or third-party users.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery processes.
- Experience building scalable solutions for consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Ability to work remotely during standard business hours, typically 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management strategy and execution across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Monitor project health through schedule tracking, budget management, cost analysis, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Identify project risks, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to maintain successful delivery.
- Create and maintain project status reporting, including budget analysis, cost tracking, variance reviews, expense approvals, and purchase order management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Develop and implement project management best practices, processes, templates, and operational improvements.
- Communicate project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and action plans across all levels of the organization.
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers.
