Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, experiential marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing diverse event programs including conferences, trade shows, executive programs, and hybrid experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing event budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Familiarity with event and marketing technologies such as Cvent, Swoogo, Zuddl, ON24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • Experience developing event processes, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of how events contribute to brand awareness, pipeline generation, and business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall events strategy across company-hosted events, conferences, trade shows, customer events, and virtual experiences.
  • Build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps aligned with business impact goals.
  • Manage the complete event lifecycle including logistics, registration, speakers, production, and post-event reporting.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications while managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Build event operating models, playbooks, and measurement frameworks to improve scalability.
  • Analyze event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
  • Mentor and manage direct reports, contractors, and agency partners.
