- Experience with active community engagement and interaction.

- Ability to adapt designs and content for different platforms.
- Experience following documented SOPs.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Experience using Canva (nice to have).
- Basic video editing skills (nice to have).
- Experience working with nonprofits (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest channels.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms while adapting to specific algorithms.
- Cross-post and optimize content for each channel.
- Monitor engagement and actively interact with the community.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
- Coordinate with the YouTube Specialist to repurpose video content.
- Follow and improve documented SOPs and workflows.
